- By PayPal – cards are accepted this way as well.
- By card or cash on collection – for collection in person.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Collection in person – free
- Shipping within UK – free
- 24 Tracked by Royal mail (within the UK)
- International shipping cost will depend on the country of destination (please see the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page).
Please be aware that a duty or handling fee might be applicable depending on your country international shipping conditions, the duty/handling fee would be required by local authorities as your parcel reaches them and they will notify you. It is not a part of my shipping fee.
SHIPPING COST CALCULATOR
You can always see your shipping price calculation on the shopping cart page, when you add your doll to the cart. If any doubt, please contact me.
Your doll is carefully packed and is shipped by Royal Mail within 3 business days after receiving your payment, although if I can, I will send it right away or the next day. I use Royal Mail for shipping; the parcel is always insured and tracked all the way to you.
GIFT WRAPPING
If you would like to send a doll as a present, please let me know in the order note (including any message you would like me to send with your parcel as well). I always send my dolls nicely presented, but I can add personal note and see if you have any other special requirements.
Return & Refund Policy
Please read carefully!
If the parcel arrives damaged please don’t open it, take a photo and let me know right away. If you change your mind and decide you no longer want the doll you bought, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase, in this case the postage is fully covered by the buyer. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the the doll back from you, excluding any postage. Fully tracked and insured postage is required in case there would be any problems or disputes about the delivery. If the doll is sent back untracked and not insured it never arrives back to me, I won’t be able to issue your refund. No returns will be accepted later than 14 days after the purchase. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
No refunds can be issued if you cause damage to the doll.
Please note that no refunds will be issued without a photographic evidence of damage.
